TRUST 2000 IS A CHARITY WITH A DIFFERENCE

We seek to support small community projects at home and abroad where £1500 to £3000 can make a difference. This is how much we give away each year to one or two charitable organizations from a fund that was raised by three small villages in southern Englan- Shedfield, Shirrell Heath and Waltham Chase in Hampshire - to mark the Millennium

Trust 2000, which is the working name of the charity, is now formally known as The Geoffrey Morrell Trust 2000 (UK registered charity No 3086547) having originally been called The Shedfield Shirrell Heath and Waltham Chase Charitable Trust. It has the stated objects to advance education and to relieve poverty, sickness and distress of those in need.

The internet is transforming the role of small charities like Trust 2000, putting us in touch with local charities and projects in many countries, and linking this community with many different parts of the world.

Please get in touch with us if you know of projects which we should support or if you are running a charity where small sums can make a difference. If you intend to make a formal application, please download the printed form from the link in “Grants”.
